COVID-19 and 2021
Over our 7 years in Business we have strived to treat our team, customers, and community with integrity and compassion. Over the years our business has had to evolve and thrive as conditions have changed. We always strive to use local producers and distributors, as well as an eye towards our footprint on the world. We have always used compostable items when we could, and as we transition to all disposable this 2021 season we have sourced renewable bamboo plates and utensils. As we all hope that restrictions and the pandemic will wane, as a business our number one priority is the safety of our community, that includes you, our team, and our community. We are hopeful for a return to normalcy soon, but in the meantime we have added table dividers, and an outdoor patio/beer garden for social distancing, and a pleasant atmosphere.
Masks are required by the State of Maine until unless you are seated at your table, and we have added puffin decals to the floor to help social distancing. We do not have control over these requirements, but as we are directly licensed by the Health Department, we must follow these protocols.
If you have or have had recently a fever, shortness of breath, or a cough, please do not enter the restaurant. We will be happy to take a call on the phone, and bring your food directly to your car.
Not following these protocols will lead to us asking you to leave, it’s not a choice we have to make; it is a requirement of the state we must follow if we want to continue to serve our community.
We are excited to see everyone back, over 80% of our team is returning, and our gratitiude that we were able to scrape through 2020 is extreme. If you have any issues please ask for the owner (Patrick) and he will be happy to help, or just listen. We are all in the same storm, lets help each other with compassion to weather through it
